Worcester District Medical Society Forum on Health Care Reform
November 30, 2009
The Worcester District Medical Society hosted a presentation on
October 23, 2009, by MMS Past President B. Dale Magee, MD, on
“Minding the Gap: Comparisons Between Britain’s National
Health Service and the United States.”
Dr. Magee provides an oversight of the British national health care
system, its strengths and weaknesses, and draws comparisons to the
United States health care system.
