What is Practice Management Consulting?
Practice management consulting is the analysis of the management and business operations of a medical practice. Consulting can help identify potential problems that may affect the efficiency of a practice. These problems may include personnel, policies and procedures, finances, or information technology. Physicians and practice managers can work with practice management consultants to implement new systems to aim to improve practice revenue and efficiency.

How Does PPRC's Consulting Service Work?
PPRC’s Practice Management Consulting Services are personalized to meet your needs. For many practices, a typical workflow would be as follows: During the initial contact(s), we would work with you to determine how to best assist you and your practice. A site visit may be subsequently scheduled   at a time that is convenient for you and your office staff to help resolve problems and to identify areas that could improve your practice. Following this, you may receive a written report outlining recommendations that your practice may wish to consider. In most cases a follow-up meeting is also scheduled to discuss the recommendations and answer questions that you may have.

Why Choose PPRC's Consulting Services?

  • Knowledgeable consultants with hands-on physician practice management and Massachusetts health plan reimbursement experience.
  • Resources and services offered by the PPRC are carefully scrutinized to be timely, accurate, and practical for busy physician offices.
  • MMS reputation for producing high-quality products and services.
  • A thirty-five percent (35%) discount for Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) members is applied to the standard consulting fee.
