MMS Testimony

MMS officers frequently offer testimony and/or legal perspectives to state and federal officials on issues relevant to Massachusetts physicians and their patients.

This legislation would also build upon the Health Reform Law (Chapter 58 of the Laws of 2006) by incorporating the Health Disparities Council established by that measure as an on-going advisory body to the Office of Health Equity.
