MMS Annual Awards Luncheon

Massachusetts physicians make valuable contributions to their patients and communities, whether as medical students preparing for a career in medicine or as practicing/retired physicians. This Awards Luncheon acknowledges and honors physicians and community advocates for their outstanding achievements. Awards presented at this luncheon include: the Henry Ingersoll Bowditch Award for Excellence in Public Health, the Grant V. Rodkey Award for Outstanding Contributions to Medical Education, the Special Award for Excellence in Medical Service, and MMS Committee Chair Service Awards. MMS Talent Show - Beyond the White Coat

The Massachusetts Medical Society is comprised of some of the brightest and most talented physicians in the world, but medicine is not the only talent among our ranks. Join us for a brief reception prior to the show, visit with colleagues, and enjoy the talents of MMS members while they perform for you.

Presidential Inauguration and Awards Reception and Dinner

Friday, May 3, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. (Dancing from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m.)

Join MMS leadership, your fellow colleagues, award winners, and invited guests for an evening of camaraderie, fine dining, and dancing at the Presidential Inauguration and Awards Reception and Dinner. A cocktail reception starts off the evening, followed by the Presidential Inauguration and the annual presentation of the most prestigious MMS awards.

Cap off the night with music and dancing as we bid farewell to outgoing MMS President Alain Chaoui, MD, FAAFP, and welcome incoming MMS President Maryanne C. Bombaugh, MD, MSc, MBA, FACOG.
