Your Health First
Exercise Public Service Announcement
Massachusetts Medical Society (0:60)

Announcer: Sidewalks. Stairwells. Bicycles. The local community center. What do these things have in common? They’re all ways you can fit exercise into your day. Between work, family, and all of life’s other commitments, finding the time and energy to exercise can seem difficult. But some small adjustments to your routine can make a big difference. So take the stairs. Walk to the store when you can. Take your kids to the park. You can lose weight, and protect your heart, your bones, even boost your mood, and keep your body and mind going strong for all those other important things in life.

A few extra steps a day are all it takes to put Your Health First.

To learn more about fitting exercise into your lifestyle, talk to your doctor. Or visit Massmed.org.
