Download the appropriate membership application, print and complete the application, and mail it to the Society at the address shown on the form.

Member Renewal

Renew Online

As part of the online renewal process you can:

• Review and update your personal contact information
• Pay your MMS state and district medical society dues by credit card*
• Pay your AMA membership dues by credit card
• Review your payment status at any time

Renew your annual membership online and eliminate the hassles of payment by mail.
