The following CME activity was developed from the archives of the presentations recorded at the CMS National E-Prescribing Conference held on October 7, 2008 in Boston, MA. For a complete list of courses developed from this event, go to www.massmed.org/cme/CMS_eprescribing.

From a state perspective, this session consists of four presentations that cover select E-prescribing efforts across the country and includes examples of existing legislation, provider assistance programs, and challenges surrounding state-specific E-prescribing programs.
