Your speakers are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2012 Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates on May 17 and 19, 2012. The meeting will take place at the Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center Boston. Please note the following timetable pertaining to the House of Delegates:

Reference Committee Reports

Reference committees, which meet during the first session of the House, hold open hearings on the resolutions/reports assigned to them by the speakers. Following the hearings, the committees draw up reports with recommendations to the House for disposition of the items of business.
