Alliance Winter Quarterly Meeting & Luncheon

MMS and Alliance members and guests are invited to attend a program on MA Responds, the registration system for public health, health care, and emergency response volunteers. MA Responds is Massachusetts' initiative to pre-register, manage, and mobilize existing clinical and non-clinical volunteers to help in responding to all types of disasters. Information on MA Responds will be presented by Johnna Coggin, Preparedness Programs Manager and Lindsay Tallon, Health Volunteer Program Manager at the MA Department of Public Health from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.

Alliance Annual Holiday Boutique

7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The MMS Alliance will also be hosting a holiday boutique during the Friday events.  You will have the opportunity to purchase handmade jewelry, artwork, glasswork, and other items.  The boutique will be open and available beginning at 7:00 AM.  All proceeds will benefit the MMS and Alliance Charitable Foundation.

Massachusetts Medical Society Alliance Flower Arranging Demonstration at the Interim Meeting

Calling all delegate spouses and guests! Please join members of the Massachusetts Medical Society Alliance for a flower arranging demonstration on Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 10:00 – 11:30 AM at the Waltham Westin Hotel. Each attendee will learn practical tips for displays and receive a live arrangement to bring home.

Demonstration led by Marisa McCoy of Wellesley MA. Please RSVP to Candace Savage (781-434-7017 or csavage@mms.org) by November 30 to reserve your place.  Space is limited.  $25 per person will cover supplies and refreshments.
