Legal Advisor: Active Listening as a Tool for Improved Doctor-Patient Communication

Research indicates improved listening techniques can increase the quality of patient care and reduce liability exposure.  This CME activity will enable providers to gain a better understanding of active listening techniques and incorporate these skills and improve physician-patient communication, patients satisfaction and outcomes.
