Increases the membership and active participation of young physicians in the MMS. Focusing on physicians aged 40 and under - as well as those within their first eight years of practice - this committee identifies issues and sponsors educational and social programs specific to young physicians as well as lowers barriers to their participation in Society activities and governance.
