Older Driver Tools for Providers

Nearly one in five licensed drivers in the US is 65+ years old and the number of drivers 85 years and older increased nearly 5% since 2015, according to the US DOT.

The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles offers “Your Health and Driving Safely”, a brochure to share with your patients. Information includes medical conditions which may affect the ability to drive safely as well as a comprehensive list of hospitals and rehabilitation centers offering driving evaluations.
