Youth and Tobacco: Dr. Howard Koh

Fifty years ago this month, the U.S. Surgeon General issued a landmark report on smoking and health, marking the start of the nation's campaign against tobacco.

Here, Howard Koh, MD, offers a public service announcement on why it's important to curb tobacco use among the youth. Dr. Koh is the Assistant Secretary for Health in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and former Massachusetts Commissioner of Public Health.
