Kerry Ann Hayon, Director, Physician Practice Resource Center (PPRC) at the Massachusetts Medical Society brings more than 12 years of consulting, hospital administration and physician practice management experience to the PPRC.Kerry Ann is a Six-Sigma process improvement expert with extensive experience working with physicians and physician practices in the area of strategy, operations, program development and revenue cycle enhancement with a particular expertise in Cardiology administration.  She focuses on providing practical solutions for physician practices in light of the current healthcare environment.  Kerry Ann holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Additional Information Regarding Strategic Planning Expertise and Current Project Work:

Ms. Hayon has been working with a variety of physician practices to help them chart the course for the future given their individual practice goals and environmental challenges.  A few examples of recent project work include:

David Wasserman is an Advisor for the Physician Practice Resource Center. With over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, he has been assisting provider organizations with issues related to operational efficiency, payer reimbursement and revenue realization, HIPAA compliance, ICD-10 as well as evaluating and executing strategies to project and improve upon their financial performance. David has conducted dozens of consulting engagements for clients focusing on innovative and conventional reimbursement strategies, business operations, and strategic planning. Prior to joining MMS in 2015, David served as an independent consultant with clients that included UMass Memorial Medical Group; Boston University Affiliated Physicians; Lahey Health Primary Care – Affiliated Physician Practices and others. David is a Certified Professional Coder, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bryant University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Rhode Island.

Jillian Pedrotty is the Specialist for Physician Practice Resource Center at the Massachusetts Medical Society. Jillian’s industry background includes working with large and small physician practices, clinics, and hospitals. Having completed the Cleveland Clinic’s Patient Experience Leadership Certificate Program, her key interest is improving the patient experience over the continuum of care. Other key areas of concentration include, practice management, billing and reimbursement, payer relations, training and development, and education. Jillian is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association and the American College of Healthcare Executives, where she serves on the membership and advancement committee.  Jillian earned her Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Suffolk University Sawyer Business School and her Bachelor of Science degree at Northeastern University Bouve College for Health Sciences.
