PHS Administrative Staff

Our staff expertly handles the diverse array of tasks required to keep the program developing and operating on a day-to-day basis while offering the best possible service and assistance to physicians. Physician Health Services is proud to introduce a professional, experienced, and dedicated staff. 


Deborah Canale

Deborah M. Canale

Office Manager
Ms. Canale is responsible for the implementation, coordination and management of administrative systems, procedures and databases that support the referral and monitoring activities of PHS clients. She supervises the PHS administrative staff and manages work flow to ensure the successful completion of day to day activities. Ms. Canale received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.


Diana Diaz

Diana Diaz

Professional Support Coordinator
Ms. Diaz is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all client case management activities, including new referrals, client intakes, client contracts, monitor changes and case transactions. She prepares, edits, tracks, and distributes all client correspondence, including recommendation and compliance documentation. Ms. Diaz also organizes and oversees the agenda and minutes for internal and external meetings, including weekly client cases management meetings and external advisory committee meetings. She is responsible for ensuring all client information in the database is accurate and up to date. Ms. Diaz received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana - Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.


Dipal DodhiaDipal Dodhia

Development and Outreach Coordinator
Ms. Dodhia assists with all activities related to development and funding, establishing and maintaining working relationships with key contacts of health care organizations to augment funding efforts. She also coordinates outreach efforts and external speaking engagements for the Executive and Medical Directors of PHS with medical schools, training programs, and MA based medical organizations. She works with MMS departments on the design, editing and coordination of PHS communication materials, including the PHS Annual Report, informational brochures, fundraising communications, and website content. Ms. Dodhia received her bachelor’s degree in commerce and master’s degree in human resource management from University of Mumbai, India. She has over 10 years of experience in the field of client account management, client administration, and data administration.


Julia Boulay

Julia Boulay

Monitoring Services Coordinator
Ms. Boulay coordinates all monitoring service activities and relevant quality management. She provides primary support for the random drug testing program, reviewing lab results, and tracking and maintaining reports of positive results and prescribed medications. Ms. Boulay serves as the main liaison between PHS and third-party administrators regarding all testing matters and coordinates the quarterly report process for monitors of PHS participants under contract and for the Board of Registration in Medicine. Ms. Boulay received her bachelor’s degree in professional communication with a minor in business administration  from Plymouth State University.
