Deanna M. Biddy
Outreach and Funding Coordinator
Ms. Biddy coordinates outreach efforts with medical schools, directors of medical education of hospitals and other medical organizations. She prepares and develops presentations on physician health topics and organizes external speaking engagements
and resource materials in addition to PHS education programs including Managing Workplace Conflict. Ms. Biddy helps organize committee meetings for PHS. She works with the Executive Director of PHS on funding efforts and correspondence. Ms. Biddy
received her bachelor’s degree in music and public health from Wheaton College, Norton, MA. She has a background in global and public health promotion.
Deborah M. Canale
Office Manager
Ms. Canale is responsible for the implementation, coordination and management of administrative systems, procedures and databases that support the referral and monitoring activities of PHS clients. She supervises the PHS administrative staff
and manages work flow to ensure the successful completion of day to day activities. Ms. Canale received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Kelsey Donahue
Monitoring Services Coordinator
Ms. Donahue coordinates all monitoring service activities and quality management, which consists of primary support for the random drug testing program, placing random test calls, reviewing lab results, and tracking and maintaining reports of
positive results and prescribed medications. She also coordinates the quarterly report process for monitors of PHS participants under contract and for the Board of Registration in Medicine. Ms. Donahue received her bachelor’s degree in biological
sciences from Clemson University. She has a background in health care administration and customer service.
Client Services Coordinator
The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all client case management activities, including the new referrals, new contracts, and intake data process. This role provides administrative assistance for documentation related to clients including compliance letters and consent forms and also coordinates all the requests for information from third parties.
Lucia Whalen
PHS Assistant
Ms. Whalen provides administrative support to the PHS directors, attorney, and professional staff including scheduling appointments, conference calls and meetings related to client case management and PHS administrative matters. She handles
incoming phone calls, greets program participants and visitors as well as handles all incoming documents and mail. She coordinates and assists with projects and special events and provides administrative assistance for payment requests and expense
reports related to PHS. Ms. Whalen has over 20 years in administrative/customer experience.
