Featured Speakers
September 23, October 7, October 21:
David Rosman, MD, MBA
Chief of the Enterprise Service Group
Mass General Brigham Radiology
David Rosman, MD, MBA, is Chief of the Enterprise Service Group, the community arm of Mass General Brigham Radiology. He has led the development of a fully subspecialized practice that, in just four years, has grown to more than 100 radiologists serving
community hospitals and outpatient imaging sites. His work includes recruiting and developing talent, building a shared culture across institutions, and expanding access to subspecialty care. He has also helped develop multiple outpatient imaging
centers, broadening the communities served by Massachusetts General Hospital.
Dr. Rosman served as the youngest president in the history of the Massachusetts Medical Society. During his presidency amid the COVID-19 pandemic, he advocated for physicians and patients, with particular attention to health equity, anti-racism, and the
systemic conditions that shape access to care. His leadership experience spans clinical operations, organizational growth, physician advocacy, and professional governance.
His commitment to developing physician leaders also extends to global health. While living in Rwanda with his wife, a pediatric emergency physician, and their two young children, he worked alongside Rwandan physicians to establish the country’s first
radiology residency. His wife similarly helped establish a pediatrics residency. He continues to teach in Rwanda and support bidirectional educational exchanges involving senior residents and fellows. This work reflects his commitment to locally led,
sustainable training programs and partnerships that address colonial legacies in global health.
He brings these experiences to physician leadership education, with an emphasis on building effective teams, earning trust, and helping physicians shape the organizations in which they work.
