The National Mental Illness Screening Project, Eating
Disorders Screening Program
The National Eating Disorders Screening Program is a large
scale screening program for eating disorders which takes place
annually during Eating Disorders Awareness Week. The program
includes an educational presentation for patients on eating
disorders and/or related topics, a written screening test and the
opportunity to meet one-on-one with a health professional. It also
