Beginning Thursday, October 15, members can testify online at http://www.massmed.org/hodcommunity/home. This online site serves as the only method for reference committee
testimony for this virtual Interim Meeting. Members can type in testimony or upload a video/audio file. Please see complete details on the site. Please review the site regularly.

Extractions/Amendment Process and Forms
Important: Your speakers request advance notice of extractions from delegates by Wednesday, Dec. 2, via email to: houseofdelegates@mms.org.
Your email subject line should read: Extraction HOD Second Session. Please indicate your name, district, Reference Committee and Item # of extraction. Although amendments may be submitted during the HOD second session using the same form, out of respect
for your colleagues and MMS staff, it will take extra time to type amendments live, therefore, your Speakers very much appreciate you submitting your amendments in advance.
Extractions to propose Amendments over three words must be submitted from delegates on an Amendment Form to: houseofdelegates@mms.org.

policy-making activities.

Delegates’ Handbook Review Meetings and District/Regional Caucus Meetings
Individual districts and groupings of districts by regional area will have the opportunity to virtually review the Delegates’ Handbook once published/posted as well as an opportunity to virtually caucus prior to the Second Session of the House of Delegates
and review the final reference committee reports. These meetings are held at the discretion of each district, for additional information, please contact your regional manager or district staff person.
