Element 3.4

Show compliance with policies regarding sponsorship, record keeping, and resources.

All providers must have a system to maintain attendance records for all AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ activities for at least 6 years. The records reflect three cycles for Massachusetts’s physician license renewal.

In addition, accredited providers must show compliance with proper wording for accreditation and designation statements for all AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ activities. This includes all solely, co– and jointly sponsored activities.
