Booking Information
Delegates may now reserve your hotel room when registering for the meeting. After you have registered, you will see an option to
book your room. This reservation will automatically be booked within our MMS room block.
Alternatively, you may book online or by phone at (781) 290-5600 and ask for the Massachusetts Medical Society room block.
Please reserve your room early as it is possible. Hotel rooms may sell out prior to deadline Wednesday, April 8.
Policies
Delegates are responsible for making their own reservations. A discounted room rate has been negotiated for conference participants at $259 per night plus 11.70% tax. A credit card is required
Please do not use any other hotel reservation sites such as hotel.com, kayak.com or Expedia.com. Reservations on these sites are outside of our room block and therefore we cannot put them on our master billing. Any questions, please contact Sheila Kozlowski

Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax. For this meeting that is by Wednesday, May 14, to avoid cancellation fees. Any cancellation fees for reservations cancelled
after this date will be the responsibility of the delegate. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation. We would also appreciate if you would email Sheila Kozlowski at skozlowski@mms.org or (781) 434-7461 to alert us to the cancellation.
Delegate Reimbursement Policy and Convenience Billing
Current MMS policy allows delegates, when attending a meeting of the House of Delegates, to obtain reimbursement for hotel accommodations, if required.
Reimbursement for MMS delegates is applicable for the cost of a night’s accommodation and tax. All other incidental charges are the responsibility of the individual. Parking at the Westin Hotel is free.
All reservations will be automatically enrolled in convenience billing allowing the MMS to automatically assume the charge for your hotel reservation, avoiding the submission of an expense report.
Mileage Reimbursement for Residents/Fellows and Medical Student Delegates

Medical Society and the Westin Waltham Hotel.
