Hotel Room Block
A block of rooms is being held at the Westin Waltham Hotel. A discounted room rate has been negotiated for conference participants at $239 per night plus 11.70% tax. To reserve your room, please contact the hotel’s reservations department online at
www.massmed.org/annual2024/reservations or by phone at (781) 290-5600 and ask for the Massachusetts Medical Society room block. In
order to confirm a guest room, a credit card will be required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax. Please reserve your room early. It is possible that hotel rooms and/or specific categories may
sell out prior to April 17; therefore, it is strongly recommended that you make your reservation as early as possible.
Delegate Reimbursement Policy
Current MMS policy allows delegates, when attending a meeting of the House of Delegates, to obtain reimbursement for hotel accommodations, if required. Reimbursement for MMS delegates is applicable for the cost of a night’s accommodation and tax.
All other incidental charges are the responsibility of the individual. Parking at the Westin Waltham is free.
Convenience Billing to MMS Master Account
When registering for the meeting, please indicate your desire to have one night of your hotel reservation (room rate and tax) billed to the MMS Master Account. This convenience allows the MMS to automatically assume the charge for your hotel reservation;

Hotel Cancellations
If you are holding a hotel reservation at the Westin Waltham and have to cancel, please do so by Wednesday, May 8th to avoid cancellation fees. Any cancellation fees for reservations cancelled after this date will be the responsibility of the delegate.
