An Update from MMS President Olivia C. Liao, MD, FACS, on the 2026 Annual Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

I’m pleased to invite you to this year’s Annual Meeting, an invaluable opportunity to reconnect, network, and engage with fellow physicians and Society members. This gathering offers a chance to exchange ideas, discuss the issues shaping our profession, and strengthen the connections that support physicians across our community.

Our House of Delegates (HOD) will convene on Wednesday, April 29 (virtual session) and Saturday, May 16 (in-person session) to shape policies that impact health care, physicians, patients, and our Society.

As part of our commitment to engaging with our dedicated members and advancing the work of the Society, we are pleased to offer multiple opportunities for you to participate, provide input, and celebrate our community in the months ahead.
