Massachusetts Medical Society: Advocacy

Advocacy

CQ

Advocacy is a central component of the Massachusetts Medical Society's mission. We advocate on behalf of patients for a better health care system, and on behalf of physicians, to help them to provide the best care possible.

The Medical Society provides patient-centered physician advocacy in the State House, Congress, and in courts on a range of critical issues affecting the practice of medicine and your patients’ access to care. Learn more about the issues we advocate for here.

Advocacy is driven by you – our members – as MMS policymakers
