Physician Group Membership
Save on Dues, Support Physicians, and Simplify Enrollment
Your organization wants to attract and retain talented physicians. But rising costs, administrative demands, and burnout make that increasingly difficult.
Therefore, Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) group enrollment gives eligible organizations a streamlined way to offer membership, save on state dues, and connect physicians with education, advocacy, career development, and well-being resources.
More than 438 physician groups and programs across Massachusetts participate.

Resident Physician Groups
Approximately 90% of residents and fellows join MMS at no cost through a participating residency or fellowship program.
Group enrollment connects trainees with advocacy, leadership opportunities, career resources, and professional learning while simplifying enrollment for graduate medical education programs.
Community Health Center Physicians
Physicians employed by a Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers-recognized organization may qualify for $200 state dues, whether enrolling individually or through an employer-paid group.
This rate represents a 55% savings from regular $450 physician state dues. District dues apply, and no additional discounts are available.
