Massachusetts Medical Society: Advocating for Physician Wellness

Advocating for Physician Wellness

Physician Wellness

The Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS) supports physician well-being by connecting members to trusted, confidential resources for mental health, burnout, and professional stress. From Physician Health Services (PHS) — a nonprofit founded by MMS offering confidential support—to curated tools, research, and wellness programs, MMS helps physicians find the support they need, when they need it.

In a demanding and complex health care environment, MMS serves as a reliable starting point for physicians seeking guidance, support, and solutions to sustain their careers and care for their patients.
