The physician leaders of the Massachusetts Medical Society are elected by a majority vote of the MMS
House of Delegates.
The Society's member-elected officers are the president, president-elect, vice president, secretary-treasurer, assistant secretary-treasurer, speaker and vice speaker. Each serves a one-year term.
The executive vice president is appointed by the
Board of Trustees.
