How to Submit a Resolution
Thursday, March 7 is the deadline for resolutions. All MMS members are encouraged to submit resolutions for consideration by the House of Delegates. All resolutions (on-time and late) must be submitted via email to resolutions@mms.org in the template provided at www.massmed.org/resolutions and include all required information on the template. There will be no exceptions made. Resolutions not submitted in template with required information will not be accepted and you will be notified so that you can resubmit, by the deadline, in the template.
We strongly recommend that you get input on your draft resolution from your district or the appropriate MMS committee before submitting your resolution. For more information on submitting a resolution

Late-Filed Resolutions and Reports
The deadline for late resolutions is April 9, 5:00 p.m. Late resolutions must be reviewed by the Committee on Late and Deferred Resolutions for specific criteria outlined in the MMS Procedures of the House of Delegates.
