Medication Safety in the Primary Care Setting
If your practice struggles to help patients, staff and providers manage the increasing medication concerns, watch this session led by Frank Federico RPh, an Executive Director at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. Most practices assume their medication and allergy lists are safe and updated; however, we know this is an area ripe for improvement.
