Empathetics’ three Foundational Empathy and Relational Skills Education Courses improved patient experience scores in a randomized controlled trial and field studies. They provide new insights into how humans process emotions based on their neurobiology and physiology and teach practical ways to improve interpersonal communications. Each of the three 60-minute courses is divided into 20-minute modules that offer rich, interactive lessons.
