The Massachusetts Medical Society’s Individual Claims Consultation (ICC) Days are designed to assist practices with claims issues by providing an opportunity for practices to meet with Massachusetts health plan representatives in person in order to troubleshoot problem claims. The
ICC Days will be taking place at three locations this year (as noted below). Please note that you can now book your 30 minute appointments with the plans you’d like to meet with using the links below.
Instructions for Registration:
Step 1: Select the ICC Day location you prefer to attend
Step 2: Select the payer you would like to meet with
Step 3: Check off desired time and click "Continue"
Step 5: Enter the requested information and click "Done"
Step 6: If you would like to make another booking with a different payer, you will be redirected after 10 seconds and repeat process.
*Please be aware that you may only book one appointment
with one payer per time slot. You will receive email confirmations with
your scheduled appointments 1-week prior to the program.
