WALTHAM, Mass. – Ritika Revoori, a fourth-year student at UMass Chan Medical School, has been named the recipient of the Massachusetts Medical Society’s 2026 Information Technology Award.
The honor recognizes the development of an information technology tool that helps physicians practice medicine, teach medicine, or pursue clinical research and comes with a $5,000 award.
The award is sponsored by Click Therapeutics, Inc., (“Click”), a leader in Digital Therapeutics™ as prescription medical treatments.
Revoori developed a tool called Moms@Home, a digital health intervention that is designed to improve home blood pressure monitoring (HBPM) and blood pressure management among pregnant patients with hypertension.
Revoori was born in India and grew up in Sharon, Mass. She attended Duke University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. At UMass Chan, she has been actively involved in clinical care, research, and digital
health innovation. She plans to pursue a career in cardiology, with a particular interest in women’s cardiovascular health and improving access to care through technology.
