Correct Answer?

Explanation:

Best answer: False. No trials have evaluated clopidogrel, prasugrel, or ticagrelor alone versus aspirin alone in patients with acute coronary syndromes.  The combination of clopidogrel plus aspirin has been found to be more efficacious than aspirin alone, but increases bleeding risk.  The combinations of prasugrel plus aspirin and ticagrelor plus aspirin have been found to be more efficacious than clopidogrel plus aspirin, but further increase risk of bleeding.
