Adam Licurse, MD
Adam Licurse is an assistant medical director at the Brigham and Women’s Physicians Organization, and an associate medical director at Partners Population Health Management. He practices primary care at the South Huntington primary care practice.
At BWH, he leads a number of population health and care redesign efforts, including the Brigham’s patient reported outcomes program and the group’s telehealth strategy, which includes video-based ambulatory visits in primary and specialty care, patient portal-based “eVisits” in primary care, and provider to provider virtual consultations through BWH’s “eConsult” program. In his Partners Population Health Management role, he directs the strategy and implementation of the group's multiple patient engagement programs, including efforts in shared decision making, in-office and virtual patient education, online patient communities, and multiple remote monitoring programs in primary and specialty care.
He completed residency training in Internal Medicine at BWH, medical school and college at Yale University.

Jasdeep Sahota, MBA
Jasdeep is a Senior Project Manager with the Brigham and Women’s Physician Organization. In her current role, she is leading work in Telehealth, Patient Engagement, eCare, care transitions and post acute care and clinical decision making and appropriateness. Jasdeep is originally from Toronto, where she has worked in multiple areas of the health care industry including government, community organizations and hospital settings. Jasdeep has led care redesign efforts to improve operational efficiencies and patient flow during care transitions, and developed and implemented performance reporting tools for a regional health care system. Jasdeep earned an MBA at Columbia Business School, as well as a Masters in Health Policy, Planning and Financing through a joint program between the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
