Massachusetts Medical Society: Committee on Global Health

Committee on Global Health

Provides a benefit to the members of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the citizens of the Commonwealth by expanding the understanding of global health issues, while at the same time promoting the active participation of members in a variety of global health-related projects. The committee also serves as an information and service resource for those interested in global health. This committee meets 4 times a year from 6:00-7:30 pm.

The committee has collaborated with Kartis.org on an exciting mapping platform which will map our membership's global health activity in real time where they are and what they are doing. Sign up today at www.kartis.org and add a quick comment to update our community on the progress of your projects, and to connect with neighbors you never knew were there. By posting frequently you build a chronology and a geographic map of your global health activity.
