Charles Roussel, MBA, BS
Charles Roussel served for eight years as CEO at the College of American Pathologists. Just prior, he was Founding Director of the Disadvantaged Children and Youth Program at The Atlantic Philanthropies, investing over $300M in education and health
programs to support at promise youth and their families.
Mr. Roussel spent over 16 years as a partner and managing partner with consultancy, Accenture, in its pharmaceuticals and health technology practices, specializing in change and governance. He’s been a board chair, trustee, and advisor for numerous
organizations, including 14 years on the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center Advisory Board in East Harlem, New York. For the past five years, he’s served on the Adult Patient and Family Advisory Committee at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute,
where he’s also been a member of the Presidential Visiting Committee. He currently works as a certified health and wellness coach focused on health care professionals.
Mr. Roussel holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a BS, with highest honors, from Bentley University where he was a Presidential Academic Scholar and a Harry S. Truman Scholarship nominee. He lives in Falmouth,
on Cape Cod, with his fiancé, Jim, a cell biologist and advanced microscopist.
