Please save the dates for the virtual 2020 Interim Meeting of the MMS House of Delegates. Online registration will open in early October.

Saturday, November 7, 9:00 a.m.: HOD Opening Session
Preliminary agenda includes: AMA delegate/alternate elections, presidential address, and routine house business

Saturday, December 5, 9:00 a.m.: HOD Second Session
Agenda includes: presentation of reference committee reports and votes

Ethics Forum and Annual Oration programming to be determined.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

September 16, 2020: Resolution/Report Deadline*
*Important Request: Your Speakers and Presidential Officers ask you to please strongly consider the challenges and complexities of running a virtual meeting and request that resolution submissions address time-urgent and critical topics only. Please visit massmed.org/resolutions for the required template and information.

Early October: Online registration opens

October 15, 2020: Delegates’ Handbook to post online; online-only testimony site opens (with option for video file upload)

October 26, 2020, 5:00 p.m.: Late File Resolution Deadline

November 17, 2020: Reference Committee Reports to post online
