The Massachusetts Medical Society’s Individual Claims Consultation (ICC) Days are designed for practices to meet with Massachusetts health plan representatives to troubleshoot problem claims. The ICC Days will be virtually this year (via Zoom or phone).
Please register for your 30-minute appointments by indicating the plans you’d like to meet with using the links below.
This year ICC days will be hosted on September 14 and September 22 from 9:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m.

Instructions for Registration:
To register, please follow the instructions listed:
Step 1: Select the link of the ICC date
Step 2: Select the payer you would like to meet with
Step 3: Check off desired time and click "Continue"
Step 5: Enter the requested information and click "Done"
Step 6: If you would like to make another booking with a different payer, you will be redirected after 10 seconds and repeat process
Step 7: After you complete your registration, one of our team members will contact you to arrange your virtual meeting with the health plan via Zoom or phone.
*Please be aware that you may only book one appointment with one payer per time slot. You will receive email confirmations with your scheduled appointments.
