We applaud the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) for its leadership in eliminating confusion and addressing potential access challenges by leveraging its expertise to evaluate and establish immunization guidelines based on rigorously tested
evidence and scientific data.
Physicians always welcome the opportunity to speak with patients and families who have questions about vaccines and seek trusted guidance. We will continue to partner with DPH in this effort and to advocate for policies that protect access to vaccines
for all patients and foster investment in research that can help to prepare for the emergence of future outbreaks of disease that can harm our patients.
