Physicians today operate in fast-paced complex healthcare environments that demand adaptive leadership. The MMS is collaborating with the Hanley Center for Health Leadership & Education to take participants on a skill-building journey to gain essential skills
for leading self, others, and the enterprise.
Whether you hold a formal or informal leadership role, you will strengthen both the soft and hard skills of meaningful, effective leadership, while focusing on communication agility, giving and receiving feedback, navigating difficult conversations, and
change leadership in an uncertain environment.
The virtual program balances presentation of state-of-the-art models with the opportunity to work in small groups on real cases and challenges.
