Overview
As the health care landscape evolves, we face significant challenges in maintaining an adequate supply of well-trained health care professionals to meet the demands of our diverse population. Key topics include the impact of demographic shifts, technological
advancements, and policy changes. Dr. Walensky will explore factors contributing to burnout and strategies for improving the well-being of healthcare professionals. Policy initiatives and reforms, as well as the impact of technological innovations
