On January 28, 2025, the MMS conducted a webinar to educate practices about Massachusetts health insurance provider directory regulations and implementation plans as of January 2025.
The webinar was conducted with members of the MassCollaborative, including the Massachusetts Medical Society, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association, and Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, as well
as the Massachusetts Division of Insurance and Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare.
All these organizations have been working together to streamline this process as much as possible as they also seek to provide this information to patients.
